Clements Boys & Girls Club is proud to announce that we are now offering after-school transportation services to the Woody Hall (Trimmier) unit for only $100 a month. If you are interested in providing your child with a high-quality, safe method of transportation to the Woody Hall Unit, we are currently registering students for the 2008-2009 school year.

1. How much does transportation service cost?
- The cost for transportation services is $100 a month.
2.Where can I enroll my child in transportation services? Where can I pay for transportation services?
- The Clements Boys & Girls Club Transportation Services Department is located at 304 East Church Ave, on the corner of Church Ave and Gray Street. You can register for services, and make payments at this location.
- For your convenience, we accept payments at our drive-thru window, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 - 5 p.m. Also, payments can be left in the night depository box after business hours.
3.When are payments due?
- The monthly payment of $100 is due on the 1st of each month. Failure to make payment by the 5th day will result in suspension of services.
4.What methods of payment do you accept?
- Payments can be made using cash, check, and money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Also, automatic drafts can be established to automatically debit a bank account or credit card for your monthly payment amount.
- Checks should be made payable to the “Boys & Girls Club”. Please include all necessary identifying information on your check.

5.How do I find out if transportation services are available at my child’s school?
- Please leave a message at (254) 519-5802, and include your name, phone number, and the name of the school your child attends. Someone will contact you shortly with information regarding transportation services at your child’s school.
6.How will I know if services have been cancelled because of weather?
- Service on bad weather days will be determined by KISD’s decision to close campuses during inclement weather. There will be no service on days when KISD announces campus closings.
7.How do I request a change in my child’s pickup location?
- Change requests should be completed at the administrative offices located at 304 East Church Ave.
8.Should I call if my child is ill or will be away?
- YES! Parents should contact the administrative office at (254) 519-5802, at least 3 hours prior to the campus dismissal bell, if the child will be absent from school.
9. Will transportation services be provided on KISD early-release days?
